"In October 2003, Ottawa Police Service successfully implemented SAP HR/Payroll for approximately 1700 police employees. As part of the City of Ottawa's Integrated Business Systems project, the exisiting interfaces between OSL and PeopleSoft had to be replaced with new interfaces in order to pass the required HR master data from SAP to OSL, and then upload the payroll transactions from OSL into SAP for pay processing.
