Jeff Schubert, President and CEO
With 24 years experience in the Ottawa Software Industry, Jeff has extensive software product development and delivery experience.
He joined OSL from a leading North American Software Product Company where he was the VP of Operations. Jeff has served with a number of innovative software development companies in R&D since 1982.
He has a Diploma in Computer Science Technology and is a member of the Project Management Institute. Jeff’s involvement with OSL has established an innovative corporate technology evolution of the OSL suite of products.
Raul Avila, Vice President - Development
With a Diploma in Computer Science and more than 15 years experience in the Software Development, Raul provides a strong software development, design and database experience.
He joined OSL since January 2002. Raul, leads the Development team and champions the resolution of all client reported issues.
Raul’s knowledge of the Microsoft SQL data base technologies has lead to the development of numerous new product features and resulted in the latest data base optimization techniques.
Nanci Forgeron-Green, Senior Business and Professional Services
With 14 years of business education and experience coupled with an information technology diploma, Nanci has had a long relationship with OSLSolutions.
Nanci is, as a Senior Business Analyst with OSLSolutions, working on-site with new and existing clients implementing the OSLSolutions’ software where dealing with complex unions and studying the effects of employing the OSLSolution against an organization’s current business processes has become an art form.
Nanci has become an expert at developing technical specifications, and designing and delivering training materials to employees.
