OSL'S Project Management Process

OSL has a standard multi-phased implementation methodology that is tailored for each specific client. This tailoring results in the formulation of client specific project documentation including the Charter and Implementation Plan that will be confirmed and detailed in the Kick-Off Phase of the project. The integration of the OSL and Client project teams is key and has been critical to our success in implementation.
